Culinary is Perfecto Part VII

Hello again guys.
How are you? I bet all of you was excellent.
Hmmm... as you know my dear readers, exactly my lovely hometown was in rainy weather among this weeks, I think almost 2 weeks. But don't worry, I still in spirit to pass my day.
I was kind of person that always said to myself "Don't be a lazy piggy girl". But when in sleeping condition, I can't help to said that sentences to myself. LOLS.

Nah, whether rainy days, this time I'll share about tiny cool dessert as I called it "Ice Cream" :)
I spent my weekend with my mom and also Angel with her sister. We agreed to have chitchat time at "Magnum Corner", located at Cambridge City Square.

We ordered the Belgian Choco Wafer and Potato Wedges for the lite bite.
My mom ordered Strawberry Iced Tea, Angel with Guava Juice and her sister with Mango Juice, how bout me?
Aha, I still try myself to put a burden in me to learned to take water by ourselves. It's not mean that I was miserly, but train myself to appreciated everything that I already have. :)

At Magnum Corner, the current price was from idr 15k - 80k.
Whether the place was small, but I found that kind of comfy to enjoy your Quality time.

Whether goin out with mom, but it's fun, because my mom was kind of fun people, so she don't to straight to us as her children. :)
Nah facing my graduation, I pleased my mom to buy me a teddy bear with graduation toga LOLS.

After we have our snacking time, we directly went to the Supermarket and looking for some vegetables and fruits to make salad at home, but unfortunately after arrived home, we forgot to buy the Mayonnaise. Huahahaha....

My readers, are you join me to make salad? Hahaha...

Culinary is Perfecto Part VI

Hello readers!
Along these 4 days (From last tuesday till Friday) I was in class of life insurance company to learn how to become an agent.
So along these days, I don't take dinner at home, the interesting one is that when I took a lite bite dinner at '061 Bistro'.

The bistro was design in urban style with a little stage there on the corner of the cafe. The function of the stage were for the Moses Band (most-known band in Medan) to play on and also every Thursday they have Stand up Comedy.
Every people that come there can join the comedy session.
061 Bistro was located at ex-Kesawan Square street. For foreigner, if they visit this Kesawan Square for see the old buildings that still stand from colonial periode.

Oh FYI again, Aplaus will make a local tour for this. And I already shared to you all my readers. Keep it :)

And here's the design of the Bistro, and also the dishes that I ordered with my friends.
There's "Prata Guling" and "061 Sate Kacang". We ordered Darjeeling Iced Tea for the beverages.
At 061 Bistro, you just need to take out the cost from idr 15k - 80k. 
Quite standard price for teenagers, but opss... adults also love to go here, because the Bistro sets the pop-slow musics, so they feel comfortable when sat on the Bistro.
You must try here guys. :)

1D "Our Moment" Fragrance

Hello Guys, I'm sure everybody loves perfumes or fragrances.

Perfume is a mixture of fragrant essential oils and aroma compounds.
Perfumes have been known to exist in some of the earliest human civilizations, either through ancient texts or from archaeological digs. Modern perfumery began in the late 19th century with the commercial synthesis of aroma compounds such as vanillin or coumarin, which allowed for the composition of perfumes with smells previously unattainable solely from natural aromatics alone.

And as I see and I learned, what perfume that people use was a picture of one person characteristic. Is that?

As for me, I also collected many perfumes, such as:
- Anna Sui - Dolly
- Jlo - Glow in the dark
- Anna Sui - Flight of Fancy
- Etude - Lonely
- Body Shop - White Lily.

As I can say, that I'm perfume maniac. I use perfume wisely, only three times spray and it's done. Lols..
Not only ladies perfume, but me also like men perfume, for example we said Calvin Klein - Euphoria Men.

This is my wish list of the perfume that I willing to buy for not only daily use but also collect it all. Tehehe*

Aplaus turn out every friday, usually I read at friday night, because of working till late. Hahaha...

Why Macaroons?

Holla readers, and may I say, Bonjour :)

Today I will share about Macaroons, why? Because in a little of a bite of a macaroon, "love remains".
Why I can say like that? Because making or baking macaroons was not easy as when you eat it. 
It happened when I taste almost all Medan Macaroons. And when I see "masterchef Indonesia last episode" about how the contestant made Coconut Choco Cake with Macaroons Tower, they made it with their full heart and spirit but kind of frustation also. LOLS

Such as Macaroons that made by Euro Bakery, Clover, Howey, and La'Maison.
If Euro and Clover they focus on baking bread, so I can say that the taste of the macaroons just so so.

For you readers that loves macaroons as like me, I love macaroons and also the pastries of course.
You can see the Howey and also La'Maison. The made a beautiful pastries, so I don't need to go to France just to taste the pastries, in France we said "patisserie".
You all also can see their Facebook, most of the photos and the timeline will more update there. Just type "Howey" and "La Maison", and you'll find it out.

Yesterday I just bought the macaroons from La'Maison. So I just have the photos of La'Maison macaroons. LOLS.
I choose the taste of, Salted Popcorn (the one I grab it, blue one), Salted Caramel, Coffee, 70% Chocolate, Green Tea and Tiramissu. I bought 6 pcs that cost me Idr 60k, and so you can count that per each was Idr 10k.

I also ever tasted the macaroons of Howey Patisserie, but the photos gone, sobs*.

Aha... I have one photo of the Euro Premire Bakery Macaroons, 1 box Idr 30k that contain 6 pcs macaroons. The color was very interesting and so damn colorful, ha ha ha....

In Paris I know one sentences for the people that love pastries, it sound like this, "Les Patisseries etaient la nourriture la plus sucree jamais faite, comme vous pouvez avoir des moments sucres avec votre charmant", it means that "Pastries was the sweetest food ever made, as you can have sweet moments with your lovely".

Sounds sweet right? That's why I make a title "Why macaroons?". Every single of WHY have a reason. So my reason was, I want to have the sweetest moment in my life like when you eat macaroons. Hehehe...

My Holiday Culinary Documentation Last Part

Huaa... holla readers, sorry for away in almost a week. I've been in a retreat called "Tzu Ching Camp" for 2 days 1 night, haha.. but dunno worry I'll post it to you all, so that my dear readers can know how was the camp :)

Now I want to share about my last part of my holiday culinary documentation. These one was the gathering with my ex-friends from my past Company, Dekorindo.
They wanted to have a gathering, but they chose me to become the EO, how comeee.. actually I was very busy but, for them, I do my best to gather all of them to have gathering chit chat session. LOLS
Unfortunately, just me, Sulung, Yuni, Wynna and Melissa attended the gathering, but no problem, will come the next gathering soon.
We choose "Tea and Cake" cafe the place that Melissa now worked in, she was the manager now. Wow.. congratz dear.

If we go to tea and cake cafe, the current price from 15k - 150k. 
You must taste the tea, even whatever tea you order, because even the taste just like even tea, but the aroma will make you feel calmly.
As for me I ordered the tea with choco aroma, hmmmm I was really in love with the tea. And don't worry coz the serve refill for the tea. hahaha...
And here's the dishes for our dinner and some cake actually. Nyummy...

You can see the design of the cafe, so classic and so quiet, so for you that like to gather with friend or meeting some customers, I say, this place was suitable because the condition of the cafe was very calm.
The services also good. And I like the Spaghetti Aglio Oglio with Salmon, nyummy and spicy. You must try the pasta they serve.

It was fun to gather with them even not in complete team, LOLS.
Don't worry my dear friends, I'll try to help to arrange the next gathering soon.

My Holiday Culinary Documentation III

Yes..! Continue with my holiday journey (whether just in my only hometown, LOLS), Me and my almost whole family from mom's side have dinner last week and last day of holiday season at "Lembur Kuring", I believe that almost all Medan citizen know the place, because it was a famous restaurant that served Indonesian food, exactly so Indonesian.

As I research (the simple word is "see", Hahahaha), not only the we as Medan people eat at Lembur Kuring, many foreigner or tourist also know the place, even they was western people, or eastern even asian themselves.

The current price for you to spend here for the delicious dishes was various according to how many people you are, what menu you order for.
Here's some menu that we ordered for the family dinner, so sorry if the pic looks dark, because they set the light in low medium bright. :)

We have, traditional chicken soup, sayur asam, grilled fish and so on. If you order drinks, I prefer you to order the "Kelapa Jeruk (a combination of orange juice and coconut)", sluurpppp..nyummy :p

Lembur Kuring was suitable for you that will have a big lunch or dinner together. The place also comfortable.
