"Tongs" Soyamilk & Beancurd - Medan

It's been a while that I was away from my blog. Because I took a long relaxing day and fully-rested for restored stamina to move on my activities.
Remember! Stay healthy and eat well, drink more water too.

Knowing nowadays that Medan was very full of smoke that caused by forest fires at Riau. And WOW Medan also get the smoke effect, so for Medan people don't forget to always put on a mask to help you avoid the smoke around the city. It was not good for our health, esp our breathing system and our lungs.

Talking about healthy food, I've been to "Tongs" Soyamilk & Beancurd for dinner two weeks ago. Tongs located at Jalan Kejaksaan No.7D - Medan. You'll find the place easily, because when you enter Jalan Kejaksaan you will see the banner directly.

And what are the characteristic in Tongs? From the Banner name, we do know that the Soyamilk and Beancurd was the specialty of Tongs. And yes it is.

All of that was extraordinary. The Soyamilk was very pure, I ordered without iced. Then the Beancurd with Avocado was the perfect one, fresh avocado with melt choco. Yummy!
Beancurd with longan was also fresh. The beancurd was so smooth. 
The Soya pudding was also very delish, and because of the pandanus the pudding was just so good.

What is the different between beancurd and the pudding? Overall, it just the same form. The different are : Beancurd was purely a food made by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks.
But soya pudding was the combination of the soyamilk and the gelatine. Got it friends? XD

Enough about the Beancurd and Soyamilk. Let's jump to the foods that Tong's served.Here we're ordered the Chicken Rica with rice and Chicken Soysauce with rice. It was a very hungry night that made us wanna ordered the severe foods.Chicken Rica as for me was the delicious one, the rica was not as spicy as it looks, but the taste was savor and the chicken was dried fried with no any of 'left oil' on the plate. Perfect fried.

How about the Soysauce Chicken? As for me, it was just so so but at least I didn't say that it was not delicious :P
The taste of the Soysauce chicken was good already, but too sweet and not spicy. It will be better if I can get the spicy taste there.

As many culinary connoisseur dealt that the recomended snacks here was the Potato Lovers, and I was the potato addict too. Then without any doubt I ordered it.
And hell yeah, the Potato Lovers was very good and delicious with the crispy potato chips covered with the creamy cheese and mayo with some pepper cubes. Just one word => "Delicieux (france)" means Delicious :)

I would like to say a big thanks to the waiter that served us that day. I remembered that we came to Tongs around 9 pm on Sunday, means that some cafe and restaurant usually were on their way of closing.
But he still served us the best by his best services, fast, quick and friendly. :)

What a fun night and aliments delicieux. Eating good foods with good friends and families will be more precious with a good compliment of self, can you guess what I mean? XD
