But nowadays, you can see most of Kopitiam/Warung Kopi was opened at Mall or even stand alone by the design looks alike Cafe.
You can see My review about this Warung Kopi Srikandi also at makanmana.net , I already posted it with some touche of writting collaboration with Mr.L (Initial).
I was with some of my Co-workers that needed lunch that time, but so pity Warung Kopi Srikandi just served lite food not a severe food. If you want to have severe food, yeap! you must put your order to Kalasan. Why Kalasan? because it just same owner that still maintain the Indonesian cuisine.
And yes at Warung Kopi Srikandi even they just served the lite food, but still have Indonesian Cuisine touche.
Stop introducing babe, let's us jump to the foods and drinks :D
Hopefully at our hungriness that time, Srikandi Fried Noodle helped us and fulfill our stomach. The fried noodle actually good but, a little bit too sweet then after that taste bitter. Please don't put too much soysauce chef XD
The fried noodle cost us Idr 18k per portion, as for me it was good already, just put a little attenttion for adding too much soysauce, needed that feeling to control the using of the ingredients I think.
(Mie Goreng Srikandi)
Next to the lite foods, here's we ordered the Crispy Chicken Skin (Idr 17k), the French Fries (Idr 15k) and the most recomended one the cheese toast (Idr 17k).
A must ordered one was the cheese toast if you come here. The bread that had been toast with cheese was absolutely perfect!
The Crispy chicken skin was also good, very crispy and crunchy guys. You may try this one.
(French Fries/kentang goreng)
(Chicken Crispy Skin/kulit ayam krispi)
(Cheese Toast/Roti bakar keju)
Then for the drinks, of course coffee isn't it?
I ordered the coffee milk (Idr 15k) and most of my co-workers ordered the Ice Lemon (Idr 18k).
The coffee was as good as I predicted, real good choice to be accompanied with some lite foods that we ordered.
The Ice Lemon also fresh and help them quenced their thrist on this hot-summer day :)
(Coffee milk/Kopi Susu)
(Ice Lemon/Es Limau)
Aha, no no, not finish yet, we still have a real traditional lite food to be share to all of you. What is that?
Pecel, was a traditional Indonesia food that contains of vegetables, some fries, peyek and smothered in nuts gravy. Nyummy!
As the traditional one was been sell by using the old bike with a fiber or even glass box behind, confused of what I'm explaining about? let us just scroll down and see how it looks like.
(Pecel)
The foods that served in a Kopitiam/Warung Kopi usually can be accepted by all circles. From the foods, drinks, some traditional cake maybe, that's all usually taste good and even some kopitiam taste better. Depends of how they manage the kopitiam itself.
I think a Kopitiam don't need specialty foods, just the good services, friendly waiter/waitress and the reasonable price that everyone search in a Kopitiam.
How about Warung Kopi Srikandi? I think they got the basic already and the price was also worth then quiet cheap when you can have it at a Mall. But please upgrade the services, just that :)

Good luck and have a good food everyone #culinarypassiongirl
Au revoir...
