Nonya Baba Cuisine at Spoon Dining "Grand Aston Hotel" - Medan

I've just got message from one of the PR from Grand Aston Hotel Medan that invited me for food tasting of the newly launching "Hybrid" cuisine that we can said it Peranakan cuisine with the Theme "Nonya Baba Dining Buffet".

I was really happy and this also the second time I've been invited for the Culinary Launching at Grand Aston Hotel, what a honor!

They served the cuisine that mixed the Melayu cuisine and Tionghua Cuisine. Usually in Malaysia we called it Nonya Cuisine or mostly known "Masakkan Peranakan".
What a great idea that they served the Buffet Dining with this kind of theme so that the oldies also can enjoy the foods without curious of what kind of foods the Hotel served.

They set the theme really on Nonya Baba Theme, you will enjoy the oldies musics and also the foods.

Frankly speaking, all the foods they serves very suitable for me. The idea they created was very good because people from every ages will always love to eat and crave for traditional or Hybrid cuisine like these.
