Famous Indonesia Seafood "Lembur Kuring" - Medan

I'm sure that nobody dunno about this Famous Restaurant & Seafood "Lembur Kuring" that served the traditional Indonesia Cuisine and the seafood of course.
I got a personal message from the admin of the Lembur Kuring that contain gift of voucher to have meal here. What a surprised!

Lembur Kuring now, was located at Jalan T.Amir Hamzah No.85. Formerly located at Polonia Area that has became a living area named "Komplek Riverview".
Lembur Kuring design the place in very traditional Bataknesse design. Horas! right? XD

And I guarantee you that you must come earlier for having a meal here, because Lembur Kuring always fully booked and crowded, especially Friday to Sunday. Even it was crowded but the services was excellent and we didn't need to wait so long for the foods to came out to the table. Yay!

Then I'll show you the menu mainstay of the Lembur Kuring. I choose the foods that usually my family loved to craved for.

1. Kalasan Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng Kalasan)
This Chicken cost Idr 60k per 1 chicken. The fried chicken was excellent and not greasy like the other fried chicken I ever craved. The crunchy fried crisp was the mainstay in the fried chicken. My mom, dad, aunt, grandma and so on always loved this, the children too. :) And the chicken was too sexy, Lols.

2. Grilled Crap (Ikan Gurami Panggang)
This fish was my lover. Me, myself even can craved it all alone, I was so despise of the Grilled Crap from Lembur Kuring. I never missed this one everytime I come here. It cost Idr 100k/fish.
The sauce they used was excellent. I taste a little bit sweetness of the soysauce, little spicy and it's really absorb into the fish. 
The fish itself already tasted sweet and the freshness of the fish was well maintained, that's the quality that Lembur Kuring always kept.

3. Fried Buttered Shrimps (Udang Goreng Mentega)
Nah, is there anyone of you would dare to say that this one is not delicious? This one cost Idr 60k. 
The fried buttered shrimps was very simple dish but it got delicious taste. 
I will not comment a lot about this one, just one word "Delicieux" :)

4. Chicken Satay (Sate Ayam)
FYI, this chicken satay I got it free from the voucher that we diced the day that we've family dinner at Lembur Kuring :p
The Chicken Satay was also delicious with the peanuts sauce. The chicken itself was not rough and the taste was good.
It can be your main course or you can made it as your appetizer. :)

5. Chicken Soup (Sop Ayam)
The Soup was so savory, delish and tasty. The using of the chicken broth for the soup was just perfect. And I always loved the side compliments of potatoes and the carrots. Th potatoes and carrots just give the perfect taste of the soup. The key was the seasoning right? I bet that the seasoning was good already. 
How come they can control the taste by providing soup in large quantities? Ahh... just forget about it. XD
But unfortunately, the soup was not in a perfect heat anymore that day. 
It cost Idr 16k per portion.

6. Fried Tofu and Tempeh (Tahu & tempe goreng) And Sauteed Beansprouts Achovies (Tauge ikan asin)
This two main course was just so so. The taste was okay, not bad.
Then the fried Tofu and Tempeh with the fried crips cost Idr 15k was good enough.
The sauteed beansprouts achovies was as usual as I craved from other restaurants. But it was good enough and cost Idr 22k (more expensive than others).

7. Coconut Iced (Es kelapa)
The favorite beverages in Lembur Kuring was the Coconut Iced, we can ordered in intact coconut or already served in glass.
Because I was too lazy of craving the intact one, I just ordered that served in glass.
This coconut iced was really the consumers favorite at all. I saw that every tables ordered coconut iced.
Per glass cost Idr 12k.

Guys, whose never been to Medan, must come to Lembur Kuring to taste the delish food of Medan Famous one, if you're coming to Medan ;D
