Sometime when Me and some friends visits Shopping Mall, we always ended up badly for choosing a place to have coffee break or even having a meal.
Yes, I assume it, because I still don't know J-town that deep like Medan.
But sometimes the choices not all ended up badly, like when we choose to have a seat on Marche.
Marche located inside Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall, in which they made the concept of Italian cuisine by self-service order.
Simply saying, a food-court.
You can have Italian cuisine here from the appetizer, entre, desserts, and the beverage.
Here in Marche, me and my friends order lot of pasta.
As seen below photos, we ordered :
Spaghetti Aglio Oglio -IDR 45k
Slightly looks good as the taste was good also. Not too oily and very light, the spices also make the dish pretty delicious.
Seafood Spaghetti with cream sauce (L-size) - IDR 86k
The seafood one tasted very complete with the seafood that the chef used.
Freshness seafood always make the taste perfectly good, a little bit too creamy, but I still loved it.
Veggie Spaghetti with cream sauce - IDR 55k
Actually the usage of the sauce, the spices was all the same. This one just using vegetables and no any meat on there. Yet still full Carbo meal :)
Next to some gorgeous cakes, such like the one I loves is Mushroom Quiche.
The mushroom tasted very good, fully mushroom in the Quiche and the pastry itself beautifully delicious. As for me, this one is perfectly baked!

Go on to Organic strawberry pie! Yes Organic strawberry tasted very fresh on the natural acidity, the pastry puff so crunchy and not hard to be bite. Oh it's balance in the sweetness also, and you must try this :)

Last one, some of my friends order the New York Cheesecake. This cheesecake from Marche very balance in sweet and I love the cheese flavour that's not too strong.

Marche, lovely place to spend your time here, the interior also were so Identical with the Italian Cuisine Theme.
I love how they make the idea of serving the fine Italian cuisine in the way of Self-services (food-court idea) with best ingredients.
You can also see directly how every Chefs on every booths shows they skill when they're preparing our order.
