Talking about Dumplings Noodles, or in Indonesian we called it "Mie Pangsit", usually Medan people always craved Mie Pangsit for their breakfast, but that day (a day that I got late lunch), I just stopped here and craved the Mie Pangsit Bangka that located at Singa,St near Gajah,St. Medan.
Quite hard to describe where the place are if you're not from Medan.
Let's jump to the main topic, it was the taste of the food.
I ordered the Curly Noodles or we can see the photo above that wrote down "Mie Keriting" and I can say it was their specialty.
I can say that I must give 2 thumbs up for this "Mie Pangsit Bangka", I loved the noodles that was made by their own dough. The noodles itself was curly enough and the one who boiled the noodles was already give the appropriate cooked level (kematangan yang pas).
The side dish such like the minced stew pork meat ("daging tam-tam" in Indonesia) was make the taste even more better. The fresh vegetables and the other side dishes was quickly done in my stomach, LOLS.
I was just cost us Idr 10k per portion. A cheap lunch time for me and a quite full for my stomach.
How it is delicious? As I see the process of the simple preparing the noodles to me, the "Ako" or we can called him Uncle, was very patience and prepare the noodles with full heart into the noodles that he prepared that day.
The main point or the key of delicious and good quality food was put your heart in deepest love into the foods itself.
It just the same like I loved to do my jobs and I loved culinary.
